International Returns Policy
Returning items from hotanatomy.com
• Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics or earrings (unless your item arrived damaged or is deemed faulty). So be extra careful to choose correct color and size when ordering. Email customer service for questions regarding specific measures. We do not accept returns on gift cards.
• If you are not 100% satisfied with your Hot Anatomy purchase and your product does not belong to any of the hygiene product categories mentioned above, we are happy to accept returns on items in original condition where the seal is not broken. The return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• If you would like to change your item (which applies to right to return) to another color or size, please return your unwanted item and order a new one.
• If you purchased the item you want to return with a gift card, a new gift card with the purchase price of your item will be issued.
• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be worn, used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
• If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
• If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.
• The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage for example by sending recommended, but it is not a demand.
• We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
• Refunds usually take 2 – 3 weeks to be received and processed. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done.
• Return costs is covered by customer.
• If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back and get a full refund.
Follow these steps to return an item;
1. Contact us at email@example.com and explain as clearly as possible the reason of the return to the customer service representative, and they will give you a return authorization number so that you may return the item. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Write down the number on the return policy note that you received with the order and pack it down with the return.
2. We will make sure you get the right address to return your item.
3. Return your package through First Class Mail and make sure to put enough stamps.
